Great workmanship on our bike, a proper service and clearly from a person with bags of enthusiasm and experience. However, their customer service from a local business is appalling. The lady in the shop is rude, blunt, arrogant and really rather obnoxious. Avoid her at all cost and deal with the gentleman.
